A.- OBJECTIVES AND SUMMARY

  1. To identify participants’ strengths and weaknesses in delivering presentations
  2. To deliver powerful presentations.
  3. To learn how to handle questions.
  4. To conduct effective meetings
  5. To learn basic selling skills
  6. To become more effective in dealings with customers
  7. To have participants demonstrate their training abilities

 

B.- DURATION AND MATERIALS
  • Two days total, in sessions of four hours each.
  • Materials:
    • Student Handbook
    • Video of students as they make presentations

C.- PROCESS

  1. Class discussion, workshops, group exercises
  2. Homework: put into practice material discussed and prepare presentation(s)
  3. Participants’ presentations
  4. Establishment of goals to put the lessons learned into practice
